ABOUT WAREING'S GYM

When our father turned Wareing’s Gym over to us in 1978, we maintained the commitment to family traditions and beliefs of proper exercise. That means dedication and hard work. Show up, again and again. Go for one more rep or mile when it doesn’t seem possible. It also means no frills, just results. Sure, we offer an excellent facility, equipped with everything you need to get fit. But we’re most concerned with results, helping you become a healthier you.

We have always strived to do common things uncommonly well, and have concluded that it is not the quantity of instruction we provide, but the quality of our instruction, that counts. We truly believe the level of instruction and passion we give to our members positively affects the individual, the gym, the staff, the trainers and the community.

At Wareing’s Gym, we’re about working hard, getting results, building relationships, and sharing a few good laughs. We’re not about bells and whistles—although we’d be happy to blow one at you if you need the motivation.
