Chris Ullum

Chris, a local stemming from Chesapeake, has been playing sports or staying active for as long as he can remember. He has dealt with injuries to his own body and has had to undergo physical therapy. Because of this, he’s gained an appreciation of the importance of taking care of his body and physical health, and has worked in Physical Therapy for 10 years. He started training others in 1995 and joined the Wareing's family in 2004, where he focuses on helping individuals recover from injuries or surgeries. He also trains athletes ranging from the young to the more seasoned professionals.

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). For motivation, he uses tactics that drive an individual personally. His favorite pastime is hanging out with his wife and two boys and enjoying the outdoors or reading a good spy novel.

Random Fact: Chris is extremely superstitious. Cracks, ladders, and black cats oh my!
