FIT Club is a high-intensity program that includes small group coaching with workout plans, nutrition counseling and on-going performance evaluations. Based on your specific goals our coaches will prescribe weekly plans that include fitness, yoga, Pilates, and diet plans.
The FIT Club schedule is flexible and training times start at 5:15am with options in the morning, lunch and evening. Our coaches will work out affordable prices depending on what you need to reach your goals.
