We believe the habits that took years to build do not take days to change. Instead weeks; even months. A recent study conducted by the University College of London psychologist Phillippa Lally and her colleagues proved: On average, subjects, who were trying to learn new habits such as eating fruit daily or going jogging, took an average of 66 days before reporting the new behavior had become unchangingly automatic. What does that mean? In 100 days you, with our help, can get lean and mean.
We challenge you to stay dedicated to taking control over all aspects of your health for 100 days (diet, exercise, social engagements, rest and recovery strategies, free time, etc). During the 100 days, you will train with FIT Club (Ben, Teri, and Todd), twice each week focusing your efforts on building strength and positive movement patterns that will help you move forward in your Fitness Capacity. On top of these two sessions, we will prescribe a weekly FITness Road Map that will guide you through the other days in the week. These may be Wareing’s Gym Classes, Recovery Strategies (Myofacial release, Infrared Sauna, flexibilty, etc.) or supplemental anaerobic, fat melting workouts. The overall goal of this comprehensive program is geared towards gaining lean muscle mass, melting fat mass, and keeping you motivated and progressing throughout the 100 days.
