Todd Williams is a Virginia Beach native with a knack for Functional Fitness and Sports Performance training. With 10 years of training under his belt, he’s dedicated over 2 years to Wareing’s Gym. He is a stickler for consistency within his client’s workout routine as well as in their lives, and is not afraid to point out your weaknesses in order to motivate you! He spends time with his wife and kids when he’s not training, teaching All Around Athlete and Fit Moves class, or surfing. Todd has a B.S. in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a USAW Level 1 Club Coach, and a Nike SPARQ Trainer.
Random Fact: Todd’s pet peeve is when people think they need to get in shape before joining a gym because that’s the purpose of going to one.
